Founder and CEO

Caroline is an experienced marketer, innovator and entrepreneur. She combines her lifelong passion for organization and interior redesign with the desire to create a smooth transition for families navigating the real estate sales cycle. Since 2005, she has helped over two thousand families in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to stage their home to sell, manage their move and transform interior and exterior residential and commercial space.

Caroline understands the importance of a strategic plan, identifiable time line and the expert guidance necessary to successfully complete each project. Her attention to detail, vision and successful execution is collaborative, pragmatic and valuable.

Prior to Done in a Day, Caroline worked with Berlitz International as a Language Center Director, at Moore, Schley, Cameron and Company as an investment bank administrator and sales and marketing strategist and with Congressman James J. Howard as a congressional staffer.

Caroline earned a BS in Psychology from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and a Diplome from the Sorbonne, Paris, France and completed course work toward an MBA at the New England College of Business.

Caroline is a single mother with 3 children who lives in Bethesda, MD. She is active in her community, loves to solve puzzles of all types, a great book, a sunny day at the beach and any activity that involves her children. She is passionate, ambitious and committed to creating a smooth transition for the families that she works with.
